Kristian Leyarski currently serves as a senior subject matter expert at InteliMasters Services Ltd. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and then pursued a Master’s degree in National Security and Defense at Rakovski National Defense College. His Master’s thesis, titled “Western Balkans in the Foreign Policy Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria,” reflects his strong interest in regional diplomacy and security. His academic journey includes internships at the Institute for Historical Studies – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the NATO Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence (CMDR COE) in Sofia, Bulgaria. During his time at the CMDR COE, he authored his first article, “Civil-Military Interaction in Humanitarian Crises Resolution,” which was later included in the organization’s annual proceedings.
