Fatmir Curri is a senior expert currently serving as an external advisor to the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo in charge of European Integration. Since January 2022, he has coordinated the EU reform agenda, supported the implementation and reporting of the SAA, facilitated regional cooperation, and oversaw the programming and implementation of EU pre-accession funds. Mr. Curri played a key role in preparing Kosovo’s EU membership application, coordinating the visa liberalization task force, and preparing Kosovo’s Reform Agenda within the Reform and Growth Facility. With 20 years of experience, he has worked extensively in civil society development, regional projects, and EU integration initiatives. Prior to his current role, he spent 15 years in civil society. He holds a Master’s degree in European Studies and has extensive experience in designing and delivering projects that support EU integration. Mr. Curri is fluent in Albanian, English, Serbian, and Turkish.
