Attila GALAMBOS
Chairman of the Western Balkan Committee, Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Attila Galambos is an economist and Chairman of the Western Balkan Committee of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce since 2012. As executive director and owner of Communautrade–Europe Co. LTD, known as Communautrade Co. LTD until 2003, he has international trade experience in the Western Balkans, Central Europe, France, the Baltics, Cuba, and the Far East. In the Western Balkans, he was involved in the export of food products in Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo, energy investment in Serbia, and the co-foundation of an energy cooperation network. He was also an advisor of OTP Bank during bank privatisation in Albania and served as a consultant in the Western Balkans regarding business development projects and public procurement related to EU funds. In 2015, he served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of North Macedonia to Hungary. Mr. Galambos studied International Economic and Financial Relations at the former Karl Marx University of Economics.
