Romain Le Quiniou is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Euro Créative, the first think tank in France focusing exclusively on Central and Eastern Europe. The organisation deals with strengthening political, economic, societal, and cultural relations between France and countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Romain has also been a Programme Officer at the International Republican Institute (IRI) since 2021. Based in Bratislava, Romain works as part of the political parties programme within IRI’s Transatlantic Strategy Division.
