Andrej Nosko is a Central European Energy expert, researcher, and visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Relations of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.  His academic interests include the political economy of security, the energy policy of European countries, and regional cooperation in Central Europe, specifically the Visegrad Four, and issues of political and energy transition. Andrej Nosko has previously acted as an advisor to governments, businesses, and civil society organisations, as well as a lecturer and author of papers on the energy policies of Central European countries.
